One of the hardest things about homeschooling is making sure we check the “extras” off our list. Art, music and PE tend to get pushed to the side because we’re busy focusing on the core subjects. But some days, I NEED ideas to help my kiddos burn some energy, when I can’t just send them outside. Needless to say, I’m always looking for workout ideas for kids to do indoors that doesn’t require an entire gym.
We’ve tried a lot of different workouts over the years but I like to have a bunch of fun moves ready for when my kiddos get the wiggles. And we all know that exercising is more fun when you make it a game! Our “Spell Your Name” Workout has been a game changer when it comes to squeezing in some movement.
