Review your activities and be honest with yourself. If something didn’t go as planned, remember it. Really think about why it didn’t go as you hoped. Go over every single step you did and find out where it started to go wrong.
Things to change–
If things didn’t work, think about how you can do that task in a better way next time. Going through everything you have written down gives you a goal to focus on over the coming weeks. And as the weeks pass, you will start to make improvements that will help you progress faster.
