Whether you’ve fallen behind in your homeschool plans or your child just struggles with math, it’s not uncommon for people to feel overwhelmed when it comes to math. The thought of getting “caught up” again sounds like a nightmare. But you can learn math fast, if you approach it the right way.
While math comes easy to some folks, it’s confusing and intimidating for others.
But we all know that you need math, no matter what you choose to do in life.
From grocery shopping to building a new house, you’ll always need basic math skills. If you miss out on one major concept, it can make you despise math and leave you feeling defeated for the rest of your life.
But what if I told you there’s a proven system out there that can boost your confidence and help you learn math as fast as possible?
Because, friend, there is!
This post is sponsored by Learn Math Fast. All opinions are my own and I was compensated for my time.
Learn Math Fast: A Proven System
Learn Math Fast is a proven system that helps students (and adults!) learn math in a much quicker way than usual. The system is composed of 7 books, which teach you all you need to know before entering college.
Written by homeschool mom, JK Mergens, she saw exactly what the system did for own son, who enrolled in college at the age of 16, became a college math tutor and is now a Structural Engineer with three college degrees. After seeing how well her system worked, she knew she had to share it with the world.
Since then, Learn Math Fast has soared in popularity. It has currently received over 350 5-star ratings on Amazon and received 2 awards from Practical Homeschool Magazine this year alone!
Volume 1 currently ranks #4 in GED Prep and #8 in Elementary Arithmetic on Amazon! Volume 3 is ranked #9 in linear algebra!
The rave reviews, paired with the ability to have the curriculum in my hands in just 2 days when ordering and hassle-free returns when purchased from Amazon make it a no-brainer!
We decided to try it out and if we didn’t love it, send it back. Turns out, we love it!
The thing that sets Learn Math Fast apart from other homeschool curriculum is that it teaches concepts in a different order than most. The books build on themselves, helping students work quickly and efficiently through the materials.
Creative-minded kids often struggle with math because they find it boring and mundane. But Learn Math Fast has a way to teach musical, creative and artistic minds. It’s even recommended by a dyslexia, dysgraphia, and dyscalculia specialist.
Here’s why I personally love Learn Math Fast:
Affordable:
The books come with access to the printable pdf versions of every worksheet in the book, which means you can print the worksheets out and reuse the book over and over again.
You can literally homeschool all of your kids from grades 1-12 and spend only $250 for ALL of their math curriculum! If you homeschool 3 kids, from first grade through 12th, that averages out to just under $7 per year per kid!
You simply can’t beat that!
Not to mention, Learn Math Fast offers a 30 day money-back guarantee!
You can actually CALL the author anytime you need help! Her phone number is available on the website and she’s happy to answer any questions. Now THAT level of customer service is simply unheard of these days!
Grades 1-12:
While Learn Math Fast isn’t considered a full curriculum for younger years, it is pretty darn close! Some of the things that younger kids learn in “math” aren’t included, like:
- Calendar
- Tally Marks
- Roman Numerals
- Telling Time
An easy solution for our family is to teach calendar, tally marks, Roman Numerals and telling time in kindergarten. Then they’ll be ready to go with Learn Math Fast when they enter 1st grade.
However, if you’re using the system with kids that are 12 and up, it’s all they need! It covers each subject, fully, without all the extra fluff.
High schoolers can work through all 7 books in one school year and be ready for precalculus. While it will take younger students longer, it’s still years faster than public school and other homeschool math options.
Students will be completely ready to take the ACT, SAT or other college-admissions tests.
Easy-to-Use:
The books are so easy to use that kids don’t need hardly any help at all with them! The open-and-go format, along with the answers in the back of the book allow for students to work at their own pace. It promotes independent learning and allows students to self-direct.
The conversational tone of the book allows students to easily grasp concepts that they’ve previously struggled with.
Boosts Confidence:
My biggest complaint about math is that it often leaves kids feeling like they’re “dumb” when they don’t get a concept. They beat themselves up when they see their low scores, test after test. But the short lessons and worksheet format helps boost kids’ confidence.
Learn Math Fast teaches kids tips and tricks to make even the simplest math problems easier. Simple addition and subtraction are the building blocks to truly understanding math. When they have a weak foundation, kids often lose confidence and begin to struggle.
They no longer feel like they’re struggling when they can advance several grades in just one school year. No matter what kind of learner they are, Learn Math Fast will leave them feeling proud of their progress.
If you’ve been wondering how to learn math as quickly as possible without leaving your kid feeling overwhelmed, you can’t miss Learn Math Fast! It will transform your homeschool and leave your kids feeling confident and proud!
